Common questions

How does price locking work?

The price is locked when the carrier first scans your parcel, or, for a drop-off, when we confirm we have received it. Dropping a parcel at a post office counter doesn't count until the carrier scans it.

Who pays for postage and insurance?

You do. You arrange and pay for your own postage, and we charge nothing extra for it or for insurance. Please insure the parcel for its full value and keep your proof of postage, because it stays at your risk until we receive it.

How do I get paid?

Once your items are accepted, the value is credited to your wallet. Add your PayID in your account, request a payout, and we pay it to your PayID. Changing your PayID needs a one-time code we email you.
